Pear Tree Drive Wembley, featuring multi-array rooftop deployment, SolaX inverter systems, and safe electrical integration delivering renewable electricity for a residential apartment block in London.

Pear Tree Drive

A 12.8 kWp solar PV system installed at Pear Tree Drive Wembley generating approximately 11,532 kWh annually, reducing carbon emissions by around 2.69 tonnes of CO2 per year while improving energy efficiency for a multi-residential building

This installation at Pear Tree Drive Wembley represents a carefully engineered distributed solar PV solution designed for a residential apartment complex. The system utilises 32 high-efficiency monocrystalline panels arranged across multiple roof sections, each connected to dedicated inverter systems to ensure optimal performance and reduce mismatch losses. The configuration enhances reliability while maintaining operational flexibility across different building zones.

The system is designed with a flat-roof mounting structure and optimised tilt angle to balance performance, wind loading, and aesthetics. With an estimated annual generation of 11,532 kWh, the system significantly reduces reliance on grid electricity. From an environmental standpoint, the installation offsets approximately 2.69 tonnes of CO2 annually, contributing to long-term sustainability targets and improved ESG performance for the property.

The project also demonstrates strong installation practices, including proper cable management, AC/DC isolation, and compliance with UK electrical standards. Overall, this system provides a scalable and efficient solution for urban residential solar deployment.
